Nicm\u00e9n\u011b s&nbsp;n\u00e1stupem online v\u00fduky se v\u0161e zm\u011bnilo, u\u010ditel\u00e9 v&nbsp;mnoha p\u0159\u00edpadech vys\u00edlaj\u00ed ze sv\u00fdch domov\u016f a&nbsp;na sv\u00e9 obvykl\u00e9 &#8220;poskakov\u00e1n\u00ed&#8221; p\u0159ed tabul\u00ed mohou zat\u00edm zapomenout. A&nbsp;nejsou to jen u\u010ditel\u00e9, komu se jinak pestr\u00fd pracovn\u00ed den smrskl na vysed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed obrazovkou po\u010d\u00edta\u010de. I&nbsp;ostatn\u00ed profese se p\u0159enesly do online prost\u0159ed\u00ed, \u0159ada rodi\u010d\u016f je na home office se sv\u00fdmi d\u011btmi, se sv\u00fdmi kolegy se \u010dasto dorozum\u00edv\u00e1me prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm r\u016fzn\u00fdch videokonferenc\u00ed apod. A&nbsp;ruku na srdce: koho \u010das od \u010dasu nebol\u00ed z\u00e1da? Nebo z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed? \u010ci hlava? Ud\u011bl\u00e1te si p\u0159i&nbsp;n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m pracovn\u00edm dni p\u0159ed obrazovkou po\u010d\u00edta\u010de \u010das na ob\u010dasn\u00e9 prota\u017een\u00ed se? Zm\u011bnu polohy?<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9634\" src=\"http:\/\/www.map-mh.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jak-sedet2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"686\" height=\"351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.map-mh.cz\/map3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jak-sedet2.png 1044w, https:\/\/www.map-mh.cz\/map3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jak-sedet2-500x256.png 500w, https:\/\/www.map-mh.cz\/map3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jak-sedet2-768x393.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 686px) 100vw, 686px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Jako &#8220;reakci&#8221; na tuto problematiku jsme pedagog\u016fm, ale i&nbsp;\u0161irok\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti nab\u00eddli <strong>webin\u00e1\u0159 Jak sed\u011bt a&nbsp;vlastn\u011b se h\u00fdbat?<\/strong> s&nbsp;c\u00edlem, aby byl n\u00e1\u0161 den na home office zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a&nbsp;efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed (uskute\u010dnil se ve st\u0159edu 20.&nbsp;ledna od 17 hodin). V\u011bd\u011bli jste, \u017ee pokud m\u00e1te sedav\u00e9 zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, nased\u00edte pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b 3660 hodin ro\u010dn\u011b?! Tedy zhruba 10 hodin denn\u011b!!! Co tedy d\u011blat, kdy\u017e takto \u010dasto sed\u00edme? V\u0161e podstatn\u00e9 jsme se dozv\u011bd\u011bli v&nbsp;informacemi, ale i&nbsp;cviky nabit\u00e9m webin\u00e1\u0159i, kter\u00fd lektorovaly Katar\u00edna \u017delezn\u00e1 a&nbsp;Pavla Skopalov\u00e1 (fyzioterapeutka), ob\u011b ze spole\u010dnosti <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitgee.cz\/\">Fitgee<\/a>. V&nbsp;kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m teoretick\u00e9m \u00favodu jsme zkonstatovali, \u017ee n\u00e1m v&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f chyb\u00ed klidn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kolegov\u00e9, ale i&nbsp;p\u0159irozen\u00fd pohyb (i&nbsp;jen ch\u016fze nap\u0159.&nbsp;na zast\u00e1vku MHD \u010di&nbsp;do restaurace na ob\u011bd, p\u00e1r schod\u016f, kter\u00e9 bychom v&nbsp;pr\u00e1ci \u010di&nbsp;ve \u0161kole vyb\u011bhli do kuchy\u0148ky, do \u0159editelny&#8230;) &#8211; proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd krok se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1! Je tedy sport dostate\u010dnou prevenc\u00ed proti negativn\u00edm d\u016fsledk\u016fm spojen\u00fdm se sedav\u00fdm zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00edm? Bohu\u017eel n\u00e1s jedna hodina sportu denn\u011b (versus 10&nbsp;h sezen\u00ed) opravdu nespas\u00ed. Je nutn\u00e9 se h\u00fdbat po&nbsp;cel\u00fd den, alespo\u0148 p\u00e1r minut ka\u017edou hodinu.<\/p>\n<p>Jak\u00e9 jsou vlastn\u011b negativn\u00ed d\u016fsledky spojen\u00e9 s&nbsp;dlouhodob\u00fdm sezen\u00edm? V&nbsp;prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b mal\u00e9, ale konstantn\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed struktur pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu (profesor Kol\u00e1\u0159, p\u0159edn\u00ed \u010desk\u00fd fyzioterapeut, to p\u0159irovn\u00e1v\u00e1 ke kapce vody, kter\u00e1 je s&nbsp;to vyhloubit i&nbsp;d\u00edru do sk\u00e1ly), d\u00e1le bolesti zad, hlavy, \u00fanava okohybn\u00fdch sval\u016f, syndrom karp\u00e1ln\u00edho tunelu, tenisov\u00fd\/golfov\u00fd loket.<\/p>\n<p>Od lektorek jsem se dozv\u011bd\u011bli t\u0159i d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 z\u00e1sady pro p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed home office:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>zkoriguj sv\u016fj sed;<\/li>\n<li>aktivuj sv\u00e9 t\u011blo (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitgee.cz\/klientska-zona\/\">video s&nbsp;protahova\u010dkami pro sedav\u00e9 zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed<\/a>);<\/li>\n<li>uprav si sv\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsto (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitgee.cz\/tipy\/;\">video o&nbsp;nastaven\u00ed pracovn\u00edho m\u00edsta<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Neexistuje jedin\u00fd spr\u00e1vn\u00fd sed, d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je dle lektorek sedy st\u0159\u00eddat, zhruba ka\u017ed\u00fdch 20 minut, m\u011bnit i&nbsp;m\u00edsta, na nich\u017e sed\u00edme (kancel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 \u017eidle, gau\u010d, podlaha&#8230;), ob\u010das pracovat vestoje. P\u0159i&nbsp;aktivizaci na\u0161ich t\u011bl (bod \u010d.&nbsp;2) jsme si spole\u010dn\u011b vyzkou\u0161eli \u0159adu praktick\u00fdch cvik\u016f, jednoduch\u00fdch prota\u017een\u00ed, kter\u00fdmi m\u016f\u017eeme prokl\u00e1dat cel\u00fd n\u00e1\u0161 pracovn\u00ed den. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 byly i&nbsp;tipy na aktivizaci v&nbsp;t\u00fdmu. Dovedete si p\u0159edstavit nap\u0159.&nbsp;poradu vestoje? Nebo hodinov\u00e9 meetingy zkr\u00e1cen\u00e9 na 55 minut, kdy si v&nbsp;posledn\u00edch p\u011bti minut\u00e1ch se sv\u00fdmi kolegy zacvi\u010d\u00edte? V&nbsp;posledn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti webin\u00e1\u0159e (bod \u010d.&nbsp;3) jsme se zam\u011b\u0159ili na na\u0161e pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsta, na to, v&nbsp;jak\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ce m\u00e1me nastaven\u00e9 \u017eidle a\u00a0 stoly a&nbsp;v&nbsp;jak\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ce o\u010d\u00ed je horn\u00ed hrana obrazovky po\u010d\u00edta\u010de \u010di&nbsp;notebooku. Na \u00fapln\u00fd z\u00e1v\u011br pak lektorky zodpov\u00eddaly dotazy \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f, nap\u0159.&nbsp;jak si vybrat vhodnou pracovn\u00ed \u017eidli, zda je pro dlouhodob\u00e9 sezen\u00ed vhodn\u00fd gymnastick\u00fd m\u00ed\u010d \u010di&nbsp;jak se cvi\u010den\u00edm vyhnout syndromu karp\u00e1ln\u00edho tunelu.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9633\" src=\"http:\/\/www.map-mh.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jak-sedet5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"689\" height=\"385\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.map-mh.cz\/map3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jak-sedet5.png 946w, https:\/\/www.map-mh.cz\/map3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jak-sedet5-500x280.png 500w, https:\/\/www.map-mh.cz\/map3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jak-sedet5-768x429.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 689px) 100vw, 689px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Semin\u00e1\u0159 byl velmi p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00fd. U&nbsp;PC&nbsp;str\u00e1v\u00edm nejv\u00edc \u010dasu v\u016fbec, tak\u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bt, jak si zdravotn\u011b ne\u0161kodit. A&nbsp;nav\u00edc jsem zjistil, \u017ee je rozhodn\u011b co zlep\u0161ovat.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Webin\u00e1\u0159 byl moc p\u011bkn\u00fd v\u010detn\u011b p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdch mlad\u00fdch lektorek, kter\u00e9 vhodnou formou um\u011bj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky zapojit p\u0159i&nbsp;webin\u00e1\u0159i do pohybu. Rozhodn\u011b byl p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00fd v&nbsp;opakov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1sad sezen\u00ed na \u017eidli u&nbsp;pracovn\u00edho stolu a&nbsp;um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed PC&nbsp;\u010di&nbsp;notebooku. Velmi se mi l\u00edbila \u010d\u00e1st, kde ukazuj\u00ed lektorky n\u00e1zornost protahov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bla, rukou u&nbsp;pr\u00e1ce. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jsem si uv\u011bdomila (p\u0159esto\u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 v\u011bci zn\u00e1m) a&nbsp;osv\u011b\u017eila mo\u017enosti zkracov\u00e1n\u00ed sval\u016f apod.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1me radost, \u017ee jsme mohli \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm nab\u00eddnout webin\u00e1\u0159, kter\u00fd byl doslova u\u0161it\u00fd na m\u00edru dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b. Ohlasy v\u0161ech byly velmi pozitivn\u00ed a&nbsp;my se t\u011b\u0161\u00edme, \u017ee se lektorkami v&nbsp;budoucnu p\u0159iprav\u00edme podobn\u011b lad\u011bnou akci, tentokr\u00e1t pro \u0161koln\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed vypuknut\u00edm Covidu-19 nebylo u\u010ditelstv\u00ed ani zdaleka sedav\u00fdm zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00edm.
