O&nbsp;v\u00fdsledc\u00edch t\u011bchto zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159ijel v&nbsp;\u00fater\u00fd 26.&nbsp;b\u0159ezna 2019 poreferovat Mgr. Petr Dr\u00e1bek, \u0159editel St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9ho inspektor\u00e1tu \u010c\u0160I, prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ky na t\u00e9ma <strong>\u010c\u0160I ve vztahu ke \u010dten\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 a&nbsp;matematick\u00e9 gramotnosti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Podle testov\u00e1n\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.csicr.cz\/Prave-menu\/Mezinarodni-setreni\/PIRLS\">PIRLS<\/a>, v&nbsp;n\u011bm\u017e doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed stavu \u010dten\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 gramotnosti, jsou \u010desk\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky ve vztahu k&nbsp;ostatn\u00edm zem\u00edm OECD pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9. Co je v\u0161ak alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed, je skute\u010dnost, \u017ee a\u010dkoli na\u0161e d\u011bti maj\u00ed st\u00e1le stejn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky (nezhor\u0161uj\u00ed se tedy, ale bohu\u017eel ani nezlep\u0161uj\u00ed), pak v&nbsp;ostatn\u00edch zem\u00edch doch\u00e1z\u00ed k&nbsp;jejich v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu zlep\u0161en\u00ed (v&nbsp;\u00farovni \u010dten\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 gramotnosti n\u00e1s p\u0159edb\u011bhlo nap\u0159.&nbsp;Rusko, Singapur, Hongkong atd.). \u010cten\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 gramotnost je pak \u00fazce prov\u00e1z\u00e1na i&nbsp;s&nbsp;matematickou gramotnost\u00ed, nebo\u0165 jen ten, kdo um\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u011b vyhodnotit text, zvl\u00e1dne nap\u0159.&nbsp;vy\u0159e\u0161it slovn\u00ed \u00falohy v&nbsp;matematice.<\/p>\n<p>Mezi v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 faktory, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed v\u00fdsledky na\u0161ich d\u011bt\u00ed, pat\u0159\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pedagogick\u00e9 veden\u00ed \u0161koly,<\/li>\n<li>spokojenost s&nbsp;povol\u00e1n\u00edm u\u010ditele,<\/li>\n<li>\u0161koln\u00ed klima,<\/li>\n<li>d\u016fraz na studijn\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bch a&nbsp;v\u00fdsledky \u017e\u00e1k\u016f,<\/li>\n<li>profesn\u00ed rozvoj \u0159editele a&nbsp;u\u010ditele.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Z \u00fast pana Dr\u00e1bka opakovan\u011b zazn\u00edvalo, \u017ee je to pr\u00e1v\u011b \u0159editel, kter\u00fd je schopen jako jedin\u00fd zm\u011bnit tv\u00e1\u0159 \u0161koly! Je smutn\u00e9, \u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00fd \u010desk\u00fd \u0159editel str\u00e1v\u00ed 49&nbsp;% sv\u00e9ho \u010dasu administrativou, pouze 21&nbsp;% \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm kvality v\u00fduky, 18&nbsp;% extern\u00ed komunikac\u00ed a&nbsp;12&nbsp;% v\u00fdukou.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jde o&nbsp;u\u010ditele, plat\u00ed, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm spokojen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je u\u010ditel, t\u00edm lep\u0161\u00ed jsou v\u00fdsledky jeho \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. Bohu\u017eel sebed\u016fv\u011bra \u010desk\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f je ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se zahrani\u010dn\u00edmi velmi n\u00edzk\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vliv na \u0161koln\u00ed klima m\u00e1 \u0159editel \u0161koly. Souvis\u00ed s&nbsp;n\u00edm t\u00e9\u017e zapojen\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f do \u010dinnosti \u0161koly, kter\u00e9 je v&nbsp;porovn\u00e1n\u00ed se zem\u011bmi OECD v&nbsp;\u010cR velmi mal\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>A jak se u&nbsp;n\u00e1s da\u0159\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed vynikaj\u00ed? Snaha \u017e\u00e1k\u016f dob\u0159e ve \u0161kole prosp\u00edvat je 5x ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v&nbsp;zem\u00edch OECD, tak\u00e9 respekt k&nbsp;\u017e\u00e1k\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed jakkoli vynikaj\u00ed, je velmi n\u00edzk\u00fd. Naopak \u017e\u00e1ci, kte\u0159\u00ed pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed od \u0161koly dopomoci nap\u0159.&nbsp;s&nbsp;dom\u00e1c\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravou, nejsou mnohdy vysly\u0161eni, t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 u&nbsp;n\u00e1s neexistuj\u00ed ani u\u010debny, kde by se daly ps\u00e1t dom\u00e1c\u00ed \u00fakoly.<\/p>\n<p>Jak\u00e9 vlivy p\u016fsob\u00ed na pr\u00e1ci u\u010ditel\u016f? Asi nejciteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je n\u00e1tlak ze strany rodi\u010d\u016f (v&nbsp;lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce zaznamenala \u010c\u0160I zhruba 850 st\u00ed\u017enost\u00ed na pr\u00e1ci u\u010ditel\u016f, mnohdy jde o&nbsp;anonymn\u00ed, osobn\u00ed \u00fatoky!) &#8211; rodi\u010de \u010dasto h\u00e1j\u00ed pr\u00e1va sv\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed, ale zapom\u00ednaj\u00ed na to, \u017ee maj\u00ed i&nbsp;ur\u010dit\u00e9 povinnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Profesn\u00ed rozvoj \u0159editel\u016f a&nbsp;u\u010ditel\u016f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm DVPP (dal\u0161\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pedagogick\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f) je srovnateln\u00fd se zem\u011bmi OECD &#8211; doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke spolupr\u00e1ci, v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b n\u00e1pad\u016f a&nbsp;pom\u016fcek, absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed workshop\u016f, mnohdy na t\u00e9ma podpory rozvoje gramotnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Materi\u00e1ln\u00ed vybaven\u00ed st\u0159edo\u010desk\u00fdch \u0161kol je dobr\u00e9, velmi dobr\u00e9 a&nbsp;zlep\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se &#8211; s&nbsp;t\u00edm bohu\u017eel nejde ruku v&nbsp;ruce m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed se \u00farove\u0148 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Neexistuje toti\u017e line\u00e1rn\u00ed vztah mezi po\u010dtem po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016f na \u017e\u00e1ky a&nbsp;jejich v\u00fdsledky (po\u010det po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016f nepozvedne v\u00fduku, ale jejich <strong>vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> ano, zvy\u0161uje n\u00e1zornost, pozitivn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje v\u00fdsledky \u017e\u00e1k\u016f). Nap\u0159\u00edklad v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch v\u011bd\u00e1ch pak zlep\u0161uje v\u00fdsledky \u017e\u00e1k\u016f <a href=\"http:\/\/badatele.cz\/cz\">badatelsky orientovan\u00e1 v\u00fduka<\/a> (d\u00e1le t\u00e9\u017e diskuse, praktick\u00e9 pokusy). Nicm\u00e9n\u011b kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd je ji\u017e p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00ed v\u011bk a&nbsp;podpora rodi\u010d\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Rozvoj \u010dten\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 gramotnosti ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed &#8211; bohu\u017eel v&nbsp;\u010cR je zji\u0161t\u011bna sp\u00ed\u0161e podpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 obliba \u010dten\u00ed u&nbsp;\u017e\u00e1k\u016f. V\u00fdrazn\u011b souvis\u00ed i&nbsp;s&nbsp;rozvojem matematick\u00e9 gramotnosti, kde byla zji\u0161t\u011bna souvislost v\u00fdsledk\u016f \u017e\u00e1k\u016f s&nbsp;vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.h-mat.cz\/hejneho-metoda\">Hejn\u00e9ho metody<\/a> v\u00fduky matematiky (m\u00edrn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost \u017e\u00e1k\u016f p\u0159i&nbsp;vyu\u017eit\u00ed Hejn\u00e9ho metody). K&nbsp;rozvoji \u010dten\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 a&nbsp;matematick\u00e9 gramotnosti doporu\u010dil vyu\u017e\u00edt i&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/portal.csicr.cz\/Clanek\/69\">InspIS testy<\/a> na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch \u010c\u0160I, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b webov\u00fd odkaz <a href=\"https:\/\/gramotnosti.pro\/\">gramotnosti.pro<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A doporu\u010den\u00ed pana Dr\u00e1bka pro \u010desk\u00e9 \u0161koly?
