Ka\u017ed\u00e1 z\u00a0t\u011bchto t\u0159\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastnic se zam\u011b\u0159ila na jin\u00e9 t\u00e9ma:<\/p>\n<p>Kv\u011bta Havl\u00edkov\u00e1 ze Z\u0160 Kn\u011b\u017emost si vybrala t\u00e9ma formativn\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci semin\u00e1\u0159e m\u011bla mo\u017enost prozkoumat jeden z\u00a0nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch postup\u016f vedouc\u00edch k\u00a0efektivn\u00edmu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f v\u00a0heterogenn\u00edch kolektivech. Sezn\u00e1mila se s\u00a0p\u011bti strategiemi formativn\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed podle D. Williama. S\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edmi \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky tohoto semin\u00e1\u0159e hledala rozd\u00edly mezi sumativn\u00edm a&nbsp;formativn\u00edm hodnocen\u00edm. Zam\u011b\u0159ili t\u00e9\u017e pozornost na to, co d\u011bl\u00e1 u\u010ditel, kter\u00fd formativn\u011b hodnot\u00ed, a&nbsp;nau\u010dili se 25 metod a&nbsp;postup\u016f. Vz\u00e1jemn\u011b se podpo\u0159ili praktick\u00fdmi zku\u0161enostmi a&nbsp;argumenty, aby se jim da\u0159ilo systematicky zav\u00e1d\u011bt postupy formativn\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed ve v\u00fduce. A&nbsp;jak hodnot\u00ed Kv\u011bta Havl\u00edkov\u00e1 letn\u00ed \u0161kolu?: &#8220;Letn\u00ed \u0161kola v&nbsp;Nymburce se mi moc l\u00edbila a&nbsp;splnila m\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Velice p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e9 pro m\u011b bylo, \u017ee prob\u011bhla v&nbsp;&#8220;men\u0161\u00edm&#8221; po\u010dtu z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch, a&nbsp;mohli jsme si vz\u00e1jemn\u011b sd\u011blovat svoje zku\u0161enosti. Panovala pozitivn\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ra. V\u0161echny materi\u00e1ly ur\u010dit\u011b vyu\u017eiji p\u0159i&nbsp;zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed formativn\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed do sv\u00e9 praxe. Lektor\u016fm d\u011bkuji za odborn\u00e9 veden\u00ed semin\u00e1\u0159e.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Barbora Ku\u010derov\u00e1 ze Z\u0160 \u0160vermova sm\u011b\u0159ovala sv\u016fj z\u00e1jem k\u00a0metod\u00e1m aktivn\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed. B\u011bhem semin\u00e1\u0159e se s\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edmi kolegy zab\u00fdvala t\u00edm, jak ve \u0161koln\u00ed praxi vyu\u017e\u00edvat principy konstruktivistick\u00e9 pedagogiky, jak pl\u00e1novat v\u00fduku pomoc\u00ed t\u0159\u00edf\u00e1zov\u00e9ho modelu u\u010den\u00ed E-U-R a&nbsp;pl\u00e1novat v\u00fduku pozp\u00e1tku. Vyzkou\u0161ela si r\u016fzn\u00e9 metody vhodn\u00e9 pro jednotliv\u00e9 f\u00e1ze u\u010den\u00ed (evokace, uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed si v\u00fdznamu i&nbsp;reflexi), reflektovala je z\u00a0pohledu \u017e\u00e1ka i&nbsp;u\u010ditele. Identifikovala d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed dovednosti, kter\u00e9 jsou p\u0159edstaven\u00fdmi metodami rozv\u00edjeny. Odhalila, jak jejich prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm p\u0159esouvat aktivitu v\u00a0hodin\u011b na \u017e\u00e1ky. Jak Barbora Ku\u010derov\u00e1 \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, &#8220;akce pro m\u011b byla p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e1, z\u00edskala jsem dal\u0161\u00ed inspiraci vyu\u017eitelnou v&nbsp;m\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Mark\u00e9ta Tom\u00e1\u0161ov\u00e1 z\u00a0realiza\u010dn\u00edho t\u00fdmu MAP II MH si vybrala t\u00e9ma komunikace v\u00a0n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch situac\u00edch. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci semin\u00e1\u0159e byla mo\u017enost prozkoumat z\u00e1kladn\u00ed parametry symetrick\u00e9 respektuj\u00edc\u00ed komunikace. S\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edmi \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky se zam\u011b\u0159ila na posilov\u00e1n\u00ed komunika\u010dn\u00edch kompetenc\u00ed v\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch komunika\u010dn\u00edch situac\u00edch (jednotlivc\u016f i&nbsp;v\u00a0r\u00e1mci \u0161koln\u00edho t\u00fdmu). V\u011bnovala se zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed efektivn\u00edch v\u00fdchovn\u00fdch a&nbsp;komunika\u010dn\u00edch postup\u016f v\u00a0b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch i&nbsp;konfliktn\u00edch situac\u00edch, pos\u00edlila svou dovednost symetricky komunikovat p\u0159i&nbsp;spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0rodi\u010di, kolegy i&nbsp;\u017e\u00e1ky. B\u011bhem semin\u00e1\u0159e se nau\u010dila rozli\u0161ovat jazyk popisn\u00fd a&nbsp;hodnot\u00edc\u00ed, zam\u011b\u0159ila se na v\u011bdom\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed popisn\u00e9ho jazyka. Prozkoumala vybran\u00e9 komunika\u010dn\u00ed projevy, kter\u00e9 bud\u00ed vztahovou nepohodu.
