Pr\u016fvodcem dvouhodinov\u00e9ho setk\u00e1n\u00ed byla Iva \u0160trojsov\u00e1, hosty, kte\u0159\u00ed se pod\u011blili o&nbsp;sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti se zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00edm formativn\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kole, byli man\u017eel\u00e9 Lucie Ka\u0161parov\u00e1 (u\u010ditelka na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.5zsmb.cz\/\">5. Z\u0160 v\u00a0Mlad\u00e9 Boleslavi<\/a>) a&nbsp;Milou\u0161 Ka\u0161par (\u0159editel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.4zsmb.cz\/\">Z\u0160 TGM v\u00a0Mlad\u00e9 Boleslavi<\/a>). Na obou \u0161kol\u00e1ch se v&nbsp;posledn\u00edch n\u011bkolika letech sna\u017e\u00ed systematicky zav\u00e1d\u011bt formativn\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed, na ka\u017ed\u00e9 ze \u0161kol v\u00a0odli\u0161n\u00e9m rozsahu, ve sv\u00e9 podstat\u011b v\u0161ak toto\u017en\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0\u00favodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti man\u017eel\u00e9 Ka\u0161parovi vyj\u00e1d\u0159ili, co pro n\u011b formativn\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed znamen\u00e1. Jedn\u00e1 se o&nbsp;okomentov\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011bhu u\u010den\u00ed, FH se zaj\u00edm\u00e1 o&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bh, proces, o&nbsp;to, co se d\u011bje p\u0159i&nbsp;u\u010den\u00ed. FH ukazuje, kde se d\u00edt\u011b nach\u00e1z\u00ed, a&nbsp;cestu ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed. U\u010ditel se d\u00edv\u00e1 na to, co \u017e\u00e1k zvl\u00e1d\u00e1. Jako p\u0159\u00edklad uvedli situaci, kdy se d\u00edt\u011b z\u00a0dikt\u00e1tu zlep\u0161\u00ed na o&nbsp;300&nbsp;% chyb, ale st\u00e1le je z\u00a0hlediska po\u010dtu chyb na zn\u00e1mce 5, co\u017e je pro n\u011bj demotivuj\u00edc\u00ed. Z\u0160 MB je FH z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed cel\u00e9 \u0161koly, v\u011bnuje se mu cel\u00fd pedagogick\u00fd sbor. P\u0159i&nbsp;zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed pracovali formou t\u0159\u00ed\u010dlenn\u00fdch t\u00fdm\u016f, kter\u00e9 se pravideln\u011b sch\u00e1zely, nat\u00e1\u010dely si videa, konzultovaly sv\u00e9 v\u00fdkony navz\u00e1jem. Jedenkr\u00e1t za m\u011bs\u00edc prob\u00edhalo setk\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ech pedagog\u016f, p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161leli nad t\u00edm, jak FH zav\u00e1d\u011bt.<\/p>\n<p>Jedna z\u00a0v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e1 byla a&nbsp;je pro \u010d\u00e1st u\u010ditel\u016f t\u011b\u017eko zvl\u00e1dnuteln\u00e1, je situace, kdy se d\u011bti nehl\u00e1s\u00ed. Pro d\u011bti samotn\u00e9 to probl\u00e9m b\u00fdt nemus\u00ed, existuj\u00ed zp\u016fsoby, jak d\u00edt\u011bti umo\u017enit promluvit, pod\u011blit se o&nbsp;sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti a&nbsp;my\u0161lenky (mazac\u00ed tabulky, pozn\u00e1mka do se\u0161itu apod.). Nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je, pokud si d\u00edt\u011b na FH zvyk\u00e1 od 1.&nbsp;t\u0159\u00eddy. Na 5. Z\u0160 maj\u00ed klasick\u00e9 zn\u00e1mky a\u017e od 4.&nbsp;t\u0159\u00eddy, do t\u00e9 doby si vysta\u010d\u00ed bez nich. Zn\u00e1mky d\u011bti dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed pot\u00e9, co si l\u00e1tku procvi\u010d\u00ed, znaj\u00ed krit\u00e9ria hodnocen\u00ed, pot\u00e9 z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed zn\u00e1mku i&nbsp;slovn\u00ed koment\u00e1\u0159.<\/p>\n<p>Jako odborn\u00e9ho garanta m\u011bli na dan\u00e9 \u0161kole Hanu Kas\u00edkovou. Ta p\u0159irovnala p\u0159echod od klasick\u00e9ho hodnocen\u00ed k\u00a0FH k\u00a0dr\u017een\u00ed volantu. Kdy\u017e v\u00e1m n\u011bkdo \u0159ekne, \u017ee ho m\u00e1te dr\u017eet jinak a&nbsp;\u017ee to l\u00e9pe funguje, t\u00e9\u017e se tomu dlouho br\u00e1n\u00edte.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i diskusi o&nbsp;tom, zda je viditeln\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00e1 zm\u011bna nap\u0159.&nbsp;ve v\u00fdsledc\u00edch p\u0159i&nbsp;p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edch zkou\u0161k\u00e1ch, se objevil dal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd bod FH: u\u010ditel\/\u0161kola se prim\u00e1rn\u011b nezab\u00fdv\u00e1 srovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm s\u00a0ostatn\u00edmi \u0161kolami, ale d\u011btmi a&nbsp;jejich rozvojem (ve sv\u00e9 podstat\u011b nen\u00ed srovn\u00e1n\u00ed jednozna\u010dn\u00e9, proto\u017ee vstupy (potenci\u00e1l d\u011bt\u00ed p\u0159i&nbsp;vstupu do \u0161koly) nen\u00ed srovnateln\u00fd, ka\u017ed\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b a&nbsp;celkov\u00e1 situace na dan\u00e9 \u0161kole je velmi individu\u00e1ln\u00ed. Co v\u0161ak srovnateln\u00e9 je, je osobnostn\u00ed zr\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte. FH toti\u017e nen\u00ed prim\u00e1rn\u011b zalo\u017een\u00e9 na my\u0161lence v\u00fdkonu, ale rozvoji d\u00edt\u011bte. Srovn\u00e1n\u00ed efektivnosti je nap\u0159.&nbsp;dolo\u017eiteln\u00e9 u&nbsp;matematiky Hejn\u00e9ho (m\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost).<\/p>\n<p>Na Z\u0160 TGM MB za\u010dali se zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00edm FH p\u0159ed dv\u011bma lety. Jdou cestou z\u00e1jemc\u016f, ne cel\u00e9ho kolektivu. Jednou za \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed prob\u00edhaj\u00ed sch\u016fzky se skupinou \u0161kol ze St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9ho kraje, pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b pak sch\u016fzky \u010dty\u0159 u\u010ditel\u016f \u0161koly, kte\u0159\u00ed do FH vstoupili.\u00a0 Na sch\u016fzk\u00e1ch si ur\u010duj\u00ed, na co se budou soust\u0159edit, nat\u00e1\u010dej\u00ed si videa, komentuj\u00ed si je. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm \u00faskal\u00edm se uk\u00e1zalo otev\u0159\u00edt se druh\u00fdm, vyslechnout opr\u00e1vn\u011bnou kritiku. Na \u0161kole t\u00e9\u017e p\u0159ipravili materi\u00e1l pro dal\u0161\u00ed kolegy, s\u00a0n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm rokem je pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n direktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup \u2013 vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 n\u00e1slechy, pr\u00e1ce v\u00a0minit\u00fdmech, stanoven\u00ed si pravidel pro postup zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed. Strach z\u00a0n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti je opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fd, nen\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9 se u\u010dit nov\u00e9 v\u011bci a&nbsp;nov\u011b o&nbsp;u\u010den\u00ed p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let. Je t\u0159eba se zam\u011b\u0159it v\u017edy na jednu strategii, t\u00e9 se v\u011bnovat a&nbsp;pak pokra\u010dovat s\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Milou\u0161 Ka\u0161par vid\u00ed v\u00a0p\u016fsoben\u00ed na Z\u0160 a&nbsp;FH mo\u017enost, jak vzd\u011bl\u00e1vat a&nbsp;vychov\u00e1vat \u017e\u00e1ky, kte\u0159\u00ed nejsou jen pasivn\u00edmi papou\u0161ky, ale lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed kriticky mysl\u00ed. Oce\u0148uje proto, \u017ee \u017e\u00e1ci nek\u0159i\u010d\u00ed, nehl\u00e1s\u00ed se. Probl\u00e9mem pro \u017e\u00e1ky i&nbsp;u\u010ditele b\u00fdv\u00e1 to, \u017ee odbour\u00e1vaj\u00ed zn\u00e1mky (klasick\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1kovsk\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka: Bude to na zn\u00e1mky? Pro\u010d to budeme d\u011blat?). Dobr\u00e9 je, \u017ee je vid\u011bt i&nbsp;drobn\u00fd posun, ke kter\u00e9mu doch\u00e1z\u00ed. J\u00edt je v\u0161ak t\u0159eba pomalu a&nbsp;v\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch kroc\u00edch, d\u00e1vat d\u00edt\u011bti pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b zp\u011btnou vazbu, co\u017e je \u010dasov\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9, ale nese ovoce.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je si \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee nen\u00ed t\u0159eba hodnotit v\u0161e, je t\u0159eba si vybrat to kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9, zakomponovat vrstevnick\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed a&nbsp;sebehodnocen\u00ed. Dob\u0159e si definovat c\u00edl a&nbsp;podle n\u011bj si stanovit i&nbsp;zp\u016fsob hodnocen\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 promyslet to, aby se ka\u017ed\u00fd mohl vyj\u00e1d\u0159it: r\u016fzn\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby, propustky apod.<\/p>\n<p>Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je, pokud chyby hledaj\u00ed samy d\u011bti (te\u010dka u&nbsp;\u0159\u00e1dku, kde je chyba, d\u00edt\u011b je samo hled\u00e1). Kdy\u017e chybu za d\u00edt\u011b odhal\u00edm, vypnu mu mozek. Je t\u0159eba d\u00e1t tedy d\u00edt\u011bti prostor a&nbsp;neslevit (d\u00edt\u011b mus\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed vymyslet).<\/p>\n<p>S\u00a0FH souvis\u00ed i&nbsp;to, \u017ee je t\u0159eba si \u0159\u00edci, co je pro d\u011bti d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, co se maj\u00ed na Z\u0160 nau\u010dit. Vhodn\u011b tedy stanovit vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed c\u00edle. Zam\u011b\u0159it se na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed dovednosti, kter\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011bti n\u00e1sledn\u011b umo\u017en\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed apod. Pracovat s\u00a0vnit\u0159n\u00ed motivac\u00ed, na kter\u00e9 FH stav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pro u\u010ditele je t\u00e9\u017e d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 uv\u011bdomit si, \u017ee z\u00e1klad maj\u00ed v\u00a0krit\u00e9ri\u00edch v\u0161ichni stejn\u00fd. Pro n\u011bkoho je ale maximum v\u00a0polovin\u011b dan\u00fdch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed a&nbsp;je skv\u011bl\u00e9, pokud ke sv\u00e9mu maximu dojde, neodrad\u00ed ho ne\u00fasp\u011bchy spjat\u00e9 se zn\u00e1mkou 5. Podle Milou\u0161e Ka\u0161para je i&nbsp;pro rodi\u010de u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9, pokud vid\u00ed, na jak\u00e9 \u00farovni je jeho d\u00edt\u011b a&nbsp;jak\u00e9 m\u00e1 mo\u017enosti. V\u00a0prv\u00e9 \u0159ad\u011b je to podstatn\u00e9 pro d\u00edt\u011b, od kter\u00e9ho se m\u00e1 proces u\u010den\u00ed odv\u00edjet.<\/p>\n<p>FH pracuje s\u00a0my\u0161lenkou odpov\u011bdnosti d\u00edt\u011bte za sv\u00e9 u\u010den\u00ed. Tuto my\u0161lenku v\u0161ak nejsou schopni v\u017edy zcela zvnit\u0159nit sami u\u010ditel\u00e9. Pokud d\u00edt\u011b k\u00a0vlastn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti vedeme od \u0161koln\u00edch let, jsou na ni p\u0159ipraveni i&nbsp;v\u00a0dosp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;v\u00a0dosp\u011blosti. \u017divot nen\u00ed o&nbsp;zn\u00e1mk\u00e1ch, ale o&nbsp;p\u0159ijet\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti za sv\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed a&nbsp;situace, kter\u00e1 z\u00a0dan\u00fdch rozhodnut\u00ed vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed. Je dob\u0159e, pokud se d\u00edt\u011b nau\u010d\u00ed kvalitn\u011b hodnotit v\u00fdkon druh\u00fdch i&nbsp;sv\u016fj, p\u0159ijmout hodnocen\u00ed druh\u00fdch a&nbsp;br\u00e1t ho jako mo\u017enost k\u00a0u\u010den\u00ed se. Tyto kompetence jsou pak n\u00e1sledn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny nejen v\u00a0profesn\u00edm, ale i&nbsp;osobn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>FH pracuje s\u00a0popisn\u00fdm jazykem, pedagog mus\u00ed m\u00edt tedy d\u016fkazy o&nbsp;u\u010den\u00ed. FH t\u00e9\u017e pom\u00e1h\u00e1 vytv\u00e1\u0159et bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 klima, k\u00a0\u010demu\u017e napom\u00e1h\u00e1 i&nbsp;zp\u016fsob komunikace, vhodn\u011b zvolen\u00fd slovn\u00edk (nem\u00e1\u0161, neuvedl jsi\u2026 m\u00edsto formulace zapomn\u011bl jsi). U\u010ditel tak hodnot\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed v\u00fdkon, nen\u00e1lepkuje d\u00edt\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>FH ur\u010dit\u011b umo\u017e\u0148uje respektovat psychick\u00fd v\u00fdvoj d\u00edt\u011bte i&nbsp;popt\u00e1vku spole\u010dnosti. I&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u00e9 RVP umo\u017e\u0148uje vhodn\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch c\u00edl\u016f, jen je n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro u\u010ditele v\u0161e dob\u0159e p\u0159ipravit a&nbsp;n\u00e1sledn\u011b zrealizovat. Podstatn\u00e9 je i&nbsp;samotn\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed mysli u\u010ditel\u016f. Je t\u0159eba v\u0161ak vych\u00e1zet z\u00a0osobn\u00ed zodpov\u011bdnosti u\u010ditele \u2013 z\u00e1kladem je m\u00edt \u010dist\u00e9 sv\u011bdom\u00ed z\u00a0hlediska toho, jak a&nbsp;co u\u010d\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Zm\u00edn\u011bn byl i&nbsp;projekt <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dokazuto.cz\/\">Dok\u00e1\u017eu to?<\/a> a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kellnerfoundation.cz\/pomahame-skolam-k-uspechu\">Pom\u00e1h\u00e1me \u0161kol\u00e1m k\u00a0\u00fasp\u011bchu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0z\u00e1v\u011bru zazn\u011blo, \u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 p\u0159irozenost u\u010ditele. Je zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvat techniky FH, pokud u\u010ditel FH nev\u011b\u0159\u00ed. Pozitivn\u00ed vliv FH potvrdila \u0159ada v\u00fdzkum\u016f, nen\u00ed tedy na m\u00edst\u011b hledat d\u016fvody, pro\u010d jej nevyzkou\u0161et, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e cestu pomal\u00fdch krok\u016f, jak jej zav\u00e9st do praxe a&nbsp;pomoci t\u00edm opravdu v\u0161em d\u011btem (a\u0165 mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b nadan\u00fdm, d\u011btem se SVP&nbsp;apod.). Je dok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee FH pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159i&nbsp;spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m nastaven\u00ed r\u016fst v\u0161em d\u011btem dle jejich mo\u017enost\u00ed a&nbsp;osobnostn\u00edho nastaven\u00ed. Man\u017eel\u00e9 Ka\u0161parovi p\u0159ipomn\u011bli, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b u\u010ditel\u00e9 jsou ti, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed obrovsk\u00fd vliv na to, nakolik se d\u011bti do \u0161koly t\u011b\u0161\u00ed, jak ji vn\u00edmaj\u00ed. Sou\u010dasn\u00fd stav je uk\u00e1zkou toho, \u017ee v\u011bci tak, jak se d\u011blaj\u00ed po&nbsp;desetilet\u00ed, nefunguj\u00ed. Je tedy \u010das na zm\u011bnu. Proto je naopak dobr\u00e9 p\u0159ijmout to, co funguje a&nbsp;u&nbsp;\u010deho je prok\u00e1z\u00e1n efekt na u\u010den\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ky.<\/p>\n<p>Sepsala: Mgr.
