Nezapom\u00ednejte na vitam\u00edny (nap\u0159.&nbsp;C a&nbsp;D, slou\u017e\u00ed mj.&nbsp;i&nbsp;jako prevence proti covidu), naslouchejte p\u0159i&nbsp;stravov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u011bdom\u011b se h\u00fdbejte!<\/strong> Pohyb zvy\u0161uje n\u00e1ladu, vyplavuje endorfiny, zbavuje n\u00e1s stresu (i&nbsp;hodina t\u00fddn\u011b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt prevenc\u00ed p\u0159ed depres\u00ed).<\/p>\n<p>Dod\u011blejte v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 odkl\u00e1d\u00e1te.
